We are disappointed to announce that due to technical difficulties with the computer equipment on site, that cannot be overcome before the tournament starts, we are unable to offer our scheduled live broadcast of the Austrian Open Snooker.We still have a team on site that will now be recording matches and interviews for later broadcast.What if I have a live PPV ticket?If you are one of our viewers that has bought a ticket to the live stream in advance then you have two options:1. You can have a full refund – please email us on enquires@cuesport.tv and mention Austria Open in the subject line.2. You can keep your ticket as the recorded matches will only be available on a pay-per-view basis.Pre-recorded Pay-per-viewDue to our contractual obligations to the organisers the tournament will still only be available on pay-per-view. The price will remain the same and it will give you access to all of the matches on-demand whenever you want to view them for a period of 6 months. Also the nature of pre-recording means that we are able to offer better quality video and audio than our live service currently allows.
