Unfortunately for Aditya, who of course earned his place on the main tour for this season by making the final of this event last year, he came up short in the quarter-finals when for the second year in a row he lost out to Pankaj Advani. He will now face Manan Chandra in the final for the opportunity to defend his title for a second year in a row.
As for Aditya, he will immediately be returning to the UK as he prepares for his opening match in the UK Championship qualifiers against Kuldesh Johal in Sheffield on Tuesday.
