It would appear that following the World Championship and the Grand Finals of this season’s World Series, that the 2009/10 tournament will get underway in Ireland next month.
Yes according to Eurosport’s German commentator Rolf Kalb here, the first World Series event will take place on the weekend of May 16th and 17th somewhere in Ireland. There is nothing on the official website so expect more details in due course.
Daniel from SnookerSpot also informs me that he spoke to Pat Mooney on the World Series forums and was told that they intend to Germany again, so watch this space…
