During the last week World Snooker have published entry details for the third event of the new Pro Challenge Series which is set to be staged at the Willie Thorne Snooker Centre in Leicester in November…
Following event victories so far for Stephen Maguire and Ken Doherty’s, the field for the third event appears on paper at least to be the strongest of the series yet with four players from the top 16 taking part, and 52 in total.
The highest ranked player involved will be Ryan Day, while Mark Williams, Joe Perry and Mark King will also be representing the top 16. Event Two winner Ken Doherty returns once again while Graeme Dott will be another former world champion competing between November 9-11 at the Leicester venue.
