Apologies for what will be a brief post, unfortunately the Welsh Open qualifiers have taken priority and have left me with little time to cover this tournament as much as I would like. You can however view the day’s results over here at Global Snooker.
Tomorrow’s group four sees Joe Perry and Stephen Hendry exit the competition following poor results over the last couple of days and they will be replaced by Peter Ebdon, Mark Williams and Liang Wenbo. Given how Mark played last week at Wembley it will be very interesting to see if he can continue to play to such a high standard in this competition…
