Made live on Talk Sport just moments ago, the draw for the 2013 Snooker Shoot Out can be viewed below, with Barry Hawkins looking to successfully defend the title that he won in January…

While there was an uncomfortable moment for those in the studio as presenter Andy Goldstein mistakenly called out ball number 25, as number 26, causing a delay while the matter was clarified, the draw was completed and sees Hawkins open his defence with a match against six-times world champion Steve Davis.
Interestingly, the draw is as notable for its absentees as it is for those involved, with Judd Trump, Neil Robertson, Ronnie O’Sullivan, Stephen Lee, Stephen Hendry, Joe Jogia, Marco Fu, James Wattana and Pankaj Advani all electing not to enter the tournament for various reasons, despite being eligible.
Of course many of those omissions are to be expected, but it is a blow to the tournament for Judd Trump and Neil Robertson not to be present, indeed they were of course our two finalists at the International Championship last week and could well finish this season ranked 1-2.
