A Look Ahead To 2012/13

All-Square in Wuxi Final

Eight frames played in the final of today’s Wuxi Classic between World Cup team-mates Mark Selby and Ali Carter and the two remain locked at 4-4. Early on it was Mark who had the upper hand, moving 3-1 ahead at the interval before the next two frames were shared but it was Ali who finished the stronger, taking the last two of the session.

The action resumes shortly although unfortunately for viewers here in the UK, Eurosport will not be showing live coverage of the second session with highlights to be broadcast later this evening.

Wuxi Classic, General Cup International Discussion

Today sees the start of the Wuxi Classic over in China while the General Cup International comes to a conclusion with a final contested between defending champion Ricky Walden and former World Championship semi-finalist Stephen Lee. You may be able to watch it by clicking this link although I am not sure whether it has been working during the event as I have unfortunately been at work and missed it all!

I did however notice that a few of you were providing updates in the previous General Cup thread and so if anyone wants to do so again on either of these tournaments, please feel free below.
