“Global Snooker regrets to announce the postponement of the Global Snooker awards ceremony scheduled to take place at the Celtic Manor Resort in October.
The Ceremony was also to have been preceded by a Charity golf day, hosted by Mark Williams MBE on the Twenty Ten Ryder Cup Course. The golf day has also been postponed.
Neil Tomkins, Chief Executive of Global Snooker, said “we are very disappointed to have to make this announcement, but we hope we will be able to celebrate snooker’s success during 2010.
A full refund will of course be given to all those who have already purchased a table at the event or a team in the golf day.”
Voting will continue for The Global Snooker Awards and the winners will be announced on www.global-snooker.com in early October.”
