Wuxi Classic 2013: Qualifying Wrap

Three days down in Gloucester and snooker’s first foray into the land of flat 128 draws at a full-ranking event is over, with the conclusion of the first round of the Wuxi Classic today.

Joyce Out Of China Open

Ahead of the start of the China Open this coming Monday, it has been announced that qualifier Mark Joyce will not be among those making the trip to Beijing, due to his partner being due to give birth.

Congratulations go to both Mark and his partner, while wildcard Lu Haotian will now receive a bye through to the last 32 and a clash with three-time China Open champion Mark Williams on Wednesday afternoon.

International Championship 2012: Tournament Preview

This Sunday sees the start of the 2012 International Championship in Chengdu, arguably the biggest tournament ever to be staged in China and dubbed by some as snooker’s new fourth major.
